Tendon Treatment Center
San Diego Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center has implemented an innovative program for the specific treatment of tendon pain. Chronic tendonitis can manifest in many areas of the body which may include but are not limited to:
- Shoulder
- Ankle (Achilles Tendon)
- Elbow (Tennis Elbow)
- Foot (Plantar Fasciitis)
- Knee (Patellar Tendonitis)
- Wrist
Chronic tendon pain has been a difficult condition to treat successfully in the past. Dr. Tasto has been a pioneer in developing treatment for these conditions. Our office has the most advanced, state-of-the-art treatment options available to effectively treat these injuries. Our tendon pain center program includes non-invasive as well as minimally-invasive treatment option. Many of these treatment plans are covered by health insurance.
