Our office has the most advanced, state-of-the-art treatment options available to effectively treat these injuries. In addition to conventional treatment which consists of non-steroidal medication, bracing, injections, and physical therapy, we offer the following: Our tendon treatment center program includes non-invasive and minimally-invasive treatment options such as TOPAZ and Sonorex. TOPAZ is a procedure using radio frequency energy waves to reduce scar tissue and promote healing. Sonorex is Extracorporeal Shock Wave Treatment for chronic pain associated with tendinitis.
